weekly development sessions run by either VH Founder, Karl McKenna,
or one of his mentors in addition to regularly attending external seminars.
These sessions and seminars focus on making sure we are abreast of the latest
changes in the health and wellbeing research so that we can provide our
clients with the information they need to get ahead.
